​If you need to return an item for any reason, please follow the steps below:
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM (GR)
- You must notify us within 5 days of receiving the item - please us at papergoblinart@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- You will then have 10 days to return the item. You must ensure to return the item with the original tags/packaging in unwashed and unworn condition.
- Remember to keep your proof of posting, as the goods remain your responsibility until we receive them back.
- All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non refundable.
EXCHANGES
- Exchanges are available for GR customers only.
- Customers are liable for any return shipping costs, we will cover the cost to ship the exchange back to you.
- Exchanges are valid across like for like products subject to availability. Alternatively, store credit may be issued.

DAMAGED/ FAULTY/ INCORRECT ITEMS

On occasion that an item is damaged or faulty, please email us at papergoblinart@gmail.com with:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Details of the issue along with pictures if applicable*
We will resolve the situation as soon as possible!
- Please retain your original packaging until the matter has been resolved.
- we may need images of this in order to process a claim for damaged items.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND
- Once we have received your item, we aim to process your refund within 2-3 business days (subject to checks). Please note this may take longer during peak times - thanks for your patience!
- Refunds will be credited to the account used to make the original purchase and you will be notified by email. Times may vary depending on initial payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

IMPORTANT STUFF
- If items are not returned in resalable condition - e.g. worn, washed, smelling of smoke or covered in pet hair, etc - we reserve the right to refuse the return*
- Returns made after 20 days will be accepted solely at our discretion*
* If you fail to meet these conditions, your return may be rejected, the item may be returned to you and you may be liable for the return postage costs.

REFUSED/UNCLAIMED INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- If an international order is returned to us 'Unclaimed' or 'Refused' we will contact you to let you know.* In this situation there will be 2 options
1. We can re-ship the item, but there would be an additional charge for shipping.
2. We can refund the order, less the original shipping costs.
* To minimise this issue: Please ensure you provide both a valid email and phone number for your order. These will be used by customs to contact you regarding any Duties/Taxes owed &/or to arrange delivery. Please also use the tracking number we provide to you to keep an eye on your shipment.
